Kodak hits the South Korean conglomerates with some lawsuits.
Eastman Kodak Co. is not happy. At least not with the current #2 and #5 largest phone manufacturers, Samsung Electronics Co. and LG Electronics Inc. The imaging giant filed a lawsuit against both South Korean conglomerates in New York, and, as an added bonus, also lodged a complaint with the International Trade Commission. According to Kodak, the two companies - what else? - infringed on a couple digital camera patents 1993, 1997, 2001.
